First, ask your Sponsor (the Univera Associate who introduced you to our products).

- How do I upgrade to an Associate and what does that mean?

• You may upgrade to an Associate at any time. Simply call Customer Care and enroll by purchasing a Starter Kit for $40.00 USD ($45.00 CAD).
• Complete an Associate Agreement/Convenience Plan Agreement and fax to Univera at 877-627-4747. All original applications must be filled out completely and faxed within two days. You can also submit these forms by mail.
• Univera Associates have enrolled in the opportunity to build their individual Univera business.
• Associates are eligible to sell the products, enroll others, and make a commission. (See your Sponsor for details.)

• Follow the check-out directions and be sure to have your Customer Identification Number ready.
Call Customer Care
• Have your assigned Customer Identification Number ready.
• Verify your billing address and phone number.
• Confirm the ship to address.
• Know what items you would like to order. (The item number is appreciated but not necessary).
• Have your credit card information handy.

(located on the shipping invoice) and your Customer Identification
Number ready.
- What if I find that Univera products aren’t a right fit for me?
- Univera is so confident you will see and feel the positive effects of Xtra™ that we offer a 90-Day Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Xtra™ within 90 days, please call Customer Care at 877-627-4787. A pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained. The empty, partially used or unused product package(s) or container(s) must be returned to Univera. Please refer to Policies and Procedures, Section 7 for the full return policy.
Note that Customers receive 100% refund within 90 days; Associates receive 90% refund within 90 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
