What if I find that Univera products aren’t a right fit for me?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Xtra™ within 90 days, please call Customer Care at 877-627-4787. A pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained. The empty, partially used or unused product package(s) or container(s) must be returned to Univera. Please refer to Policies and Procedures, Section 7 for the full return policy. Note that Customers receive 100% refund within 90 days; Associates receive 90% refund within 90 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
