Univera’s Compensation Plan is rewarding unlike any other in the industry. The compensation plan is uniquely designed to provide rich rewards to all Associates. Associates who are just getting started and Associates who have developed a large organization are rewarded personally and financially in seven ways:1) Retail Commissions
As a new Associate, you will be generously compensated from the sales of every customer you personally enroll.
2) Unilevel Pay
As you start to build a team, Unilevel Pay is central to earning more commissions with large percentage payouts. You earn up to 15% on the purchases of the people you enroll, 10% on the purchases of the people they enroll, and commissions up to four team members deep.
3) Generation Pay
Univera’s Generation Pay is truly an industry leader in the depth in which it allows you to earn a commission on your team sales. You can earn up to 5% to the first Silver, 4% to the second Gold, 3% to the third Platinum, 2% to the fifth Diamond, and 1% to the sixth Diamond.
4) Xcelerate Your Drive
Univera offers Associates the opportunity to take part in a BMW luxury car program that allows you to drive off in style. You can earn a $600, $1000, or $1600 monthly car allowance towards the purchase or lease of a BMW (3, 5, 6 or 7 series).
5) Blue Diamond Bonus
For those Associates who reach the Blue Diamond level, you are rewarded with shares of 2% of the Company’s commissionable volume.
6) Incentives and Trips
Univera has a vested interest in your success and will reward you by paying for various incentive trips and select training programs.
7) Promotional Pay
In addition to the financial rewards listed above, Univera also offers limited-time incentives to reward the behaviors to build a successful, vibrant team.
