It’s formulated with comprehensive vitamin B blend including thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), niacinamide (B3), vitamin B6 (P5P), folic acid, and vitamin B12, as well as 4 grams of a breakthrough patented, soluble dietary fiber (Fibersol®). Essentials also contains a patented EFA complex known as H2Omega from cranberry seed oil.
