To update your payment method...

1. Log into your account on us.univera.com. 
2. Select “My Account” on the top right of your browser.  
3. Select the “My Account” option in the drop down menu 
4. Click on “Manage Payments”  
5. Select the credit card to modify or add a new card  
6. Confirm or add the name and billing address for your card.  
7. Select the expiration month and year of your card.  
8. Enter Card Security code 
9. Click “Update Card” or “Add Card” depending on if it's updating an old card or adding a new card to your account. 

To update your shipping method...

1. Log into your account on us.univera.com
2. Select "Convenience Plan" from the "My Account" dropdown at the top of your browser window.
3. Click “Make Changes” on the bottom under the Edit Convenience Plan.
4. Verify the Shipping Address and Shipping Method.
5. Click “Save Changes”

Your CP has no item or CP item can be OOS.
To add/modify items to your Convenience Plan...

1. Log into your account on us.univera.com
2. Select "Convenience Plan" from the "My Account" dropdown at the top of your browser window.
3. Click “Add Products” under the Edit Convenience Plan.
4. Find the product you want to add, Click “Add to Cart”
5. Click “Done”
6. Click “Save Changes”
